It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members in view of forcing them to settle a huge amount to one K.S.Jeyabalan based on the complaint of him.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. Therefore, presence of the petitioners is not required before the respondent police for enquiry.
