ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's son.

2. It appears that when the petitioner's son went for taking bath in cauvery river on 16.10.2009, he was apparently washed away. The petitioner's son has not been heard ever since. 3.Even the complaint was given only after a lapse of several years. I am afraid that in a case of this nature, no useful direction can be given to the respondents. The petitioner's agony can very well be imagined.
