Plaintiffs PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Principal District Munsif Court at Tirunelveli, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.421 of 2016, within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.421 of 2016, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with. 3.The learned counsel for the revision petitioners/3rd & 4th defendants submitted that the respondents 3 to 5/plaintiffs have filed a suit in O.S.No.421 of 2016 seeking a relief of declaration. He further submitted that it is pending for cross-examination of DW1 and adjourned three times. DW1 has also filed proof of affidavit on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD).No.657 of 2022 23.10.2021, however, till date, trial yet to be concluded. Therefore, the petitioners seek for speedy disposal of the suit. 4.Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2016, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.421 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
