This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.157 of 2014 on the file of the P.E.W. Melur Police Station, Madurai District and quash the same. 2.Heard both sides.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.5601/2014 on 06.06.2014. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
