ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 7 to 11, notice to the respondents 7 to 11 is dispensed with.
3. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2024 and further to take immediate steps to nullify the illegal transactions and restore the 7th respondent schools land to its original status as per Section 31 of The Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation)Act 1973.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a representation has been given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent on 3/6
26.11.2024 for restoration of the lands of the 7th respondent school to its original status. Since the representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner prays for appropriate directions.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the limited scope of the matter, without going into the merits of the case or the claim made by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2024, by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 7 to 11, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
