It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry into false complaint based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 27.06.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature.
