O R D E R

The petitioner is said to have participated in some agitation. The petitioner specifically alleges that he was brutally beaten up by the Police without any justification. In this regard, he has given a complaint.

2. The second respondent shall enquire into the complaint and the enquiry shall be concluded within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any cognizable offence is made out, the First Information Report has to be registered against the erring Police. If the result of the enquiry is in favour of the police, the petitioner shall work out https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his right by way of private complaint.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
