ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 420 IPC, in Crime No.30 of 2015, on the file of the respondent and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused Nos.1 and 2 are said to have received money from the de-facto complainant for providing Government Job to his brother and failed to do so and also has not returned the money even after repeated demands made by the de-facto complainant.

Further, the accused have threatened the de-facto complainant with dire consequences.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, investigation is pending and if the accused is released on bail, he will tamper the evidences and witnesses.

5. Considering the nature of the allegation and also considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.
