ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry with regard to the FIR in Crime No.256 of 2018.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that initially a case was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C., on the basis of the complaint given by one Yannavel, W/o.Muthukumar and thereafter, it was altered to Section 306 IPC and the same is under investigation.

petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum.
