2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, would submit that charge sheet has already been filed, with respect to the said crime number.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
