This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 19.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the enquiry is pending before the second respondent police.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent shall enquire the complaint of the petitioner. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then the respondent police shall register a case and proceed in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
