This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the complaint dated 02.01.2026.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint dated 02.01.2026, an FIR in Crime No.57 of 2026 has been registered on 03.01.2026 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
