This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.06.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on the ground that the transaction is purely civil in nature and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post.
