Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 447, 448, 354, 323, 324, 506(ii), 436, 307 IPC and 3(1)(X) SC & ST Act and 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.12 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitioners are also Daliths and they belong to SC community. The learned counsel for the petitioners brought to my notice that initially a case under Section 160 IPC was registered in Crime No.437 of 2014 on 14.12.2014, in which these petitioners have been arrayed as A party and the rival parties have been arrayed as B party. While so, for the incident that occurred on 14.12.2014, the present FIR has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ registered based on a complaint that has been sent through registered post.

3.On a conspectus of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that these petitioners can be directed to appear before the Special Court / Additional Sessions Court (PCR Court), Trichy within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on their appearance with relevant petitions, the concerned Judge can consider the same on the same day of their surrender. 4.This petition is accordingly ordered.
