This Criminal Original Petition is filed to give police protection for the petitioner to fence stone around his land in Survey Nos.43/3A, 43/6B, 46/1, 47/4 and 47/5 to the extent of 1 acre 46 cents at Thirumalairayasamudram Village, Pudukkottai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got no instructions and he has handed over the bundle to the petitioner.

3. But, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
