PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime NO. 26 of 2014 dated 4.2.2014 and file the final report withina stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. O R D E R
The petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2014 dated 4.2.2014 and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
