ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was earlier known as M.Chinnaswamy. He changed his name as M.C.Swamy in the year 2000. In the revenue records, the petitioner's earlier name is still appearing. The revenue records also reflect the name of his mother as guardian. All that the petitioner wants is deletion of the guardian's name. Seeking such two fold mutations, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 28.12.2022 before the respondents.

3.The respondent is directed to effect the mutations sought for by the petitioner in his representation dated 28.12.2022 and issue revised patta within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition stands allowed.
