The matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, seeking extension of three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S No.178 of 2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
