[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition to grant leave to the petitioner to file a writ appeal as third party as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 17.07.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.19396 of 2025, is filed on the ground that the petitioner is having a semblance of interest over the subject property and without impleading him as a party respondent, by suppression of facts, order has been obtained in the writ petition.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the petitioner is granted leave to prefer a writ appeal as third party as against the said order. [G.J., J.] [K.K.R.K., J.] 27.02.2026 NCC :
