To call for the records relating to the judgment dated 4/9/2021 in CA No.29/2020 on the file of the Learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR),Trichy thereby confirming the judgement of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy dated 29/1/2020 in S.C.No.107 of 2019 and convicted and sentenced the 1st accused to undergo 3 years rigorous imprisonment and Rs.1000/- fine for each offence under sections 326 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code in default of the amount and to undergo 3 years simple imprisonment and sentenced the 2nd accused to undergo one years rigorous imprisonment and Rs.1000/- fine for offence under section 324 of the Indian Penal Code in default of the amount to undergo 3 months simple imprisonment and set aside the same and acquit the petitioners/accused.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2201 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.124 of 2022 on 16.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. He further stated that since the petitioner is a daily wagers, they are not in a position to comply with the condition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner regularly complying with the conditions.
5. Accordingly, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2201 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.124 of 2022, on 16.02.2022 is relaxed.
