This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the appeal against the award dated 12.07.2024 in MCOP No.136/2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub Court), Padmanabhapuram.

2.Mr.Ramakrishna Dass, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Already notice has been dispensed with insofar as the respondents 5 and 6 are concerned.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
