ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner's name appears in the revenue records of the respondent corporation as M.Chinnasamy represented by his mother and guardian Mrs.Chellammal. Two developments have taken place. The petitioner attained majority long ago. Therefore, the name of guardian has to be deleted. The petitioner has also changed his name as M.C.Swamy. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondent for carrying out these changes in the petition mentioned records.
3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondent is directed to delete the name of the petitioner's mother name and also change the petitioner's name as M.C.Swamy.
