2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
