ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family and his property based on the petitioner's compliant dated 29.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has purchased the property from the third respondent and thereafter, the third respondent has been threatening the petitioner to resell the property.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, conducted enquiry and taking note of the fact that the dispute is of civil in nature, directed the parties to approach the competent civil Court, closed the complaint. He has also produced the closure report.
