This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 301 of 2013 under the supervision of the 1st respondent within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the First Information Report has been closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I Virudhunagar as barred by limitation under Section 468 of Cr.P.C.
