ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 417, 376, 506(i) and 313 r/w 511 of IPC, in Crime No.328 of 2016 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on giving false promise of marrying the defacto complainant, the petitioner physically contacted with the defacto complainant. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.There is no representation for the petitioner. 4.The petition it is stated that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and only to extort the money from the petitioner, the defacto complainant has given a false complaint.

5.Considering the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this petition is dismissed.
