ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
2.The petitioner is permitted to apply through online mode for issuance of legal heir certificate. On receipt of the same, the third respondent will issue legal certificate in consonance with the decree dated 22.10.2018 made in O.S.No.205 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Sankarankovil. If the petitioner has any difficulty in submitting the application through online mode, the petitioner is at liberty to apply in person before the Tahsildar. 2/4
3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
