O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to direct the second respondent to return back the 3 original General Power of Attorney documents in document Nos.201 of 2007, 202 of 2007, 19 of 2005 and 4 original sale deed in document Nos.688 of 2007, 687 of 2007, 758 of 2004 and 657 of 2004 to the petitioner.

the official respondents would submit that the documents sought for by the petitioner have been deposited before the registry of this Court on 04.08.2015.

3.Considering the above submission, the registry is directed to return the document, which were deposited by the second respondent before this registry on 04.08.2015 to the petitioner on production of a copy of this order and on verifying the identity of the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
