This Criminal Original petition is filed to issue a direction to the respondent to register a case on complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.07.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the complaint was registered and after enquiry complaint is closed. He has further stated that the closure report was also served on the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
