Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Prayer: To Modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 22793 of 2025 dated 23.01.2026 in respect of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and substitute the same by directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates and sign before the Trial Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD)No. 22793 of 2025 dated 23.01.2026.

completed and the charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, the presence of the petitioner before the respondent police is not necessary. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the pettioner has not complied with the condition even for a single day.

4. Considering the above facts, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 22793 of 2025 dated 23.01.2026 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.''

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
