This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19107 of 2025, dated 05.11.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 39 days and that the charge sheet has been filed.
