O R D E R

This petition is filed to set aside the order issuing Non Bailable Warrant dated 27.03.2014 issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil passed in Crl.M.P.No.1478 of 2013 in M.C.No.19 of 2012.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the maintenance case itself disposed of and the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
