RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 9354 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD) No. 517 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019 in Crime No. 560 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ALAGU RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9354 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.517 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3. On the side of the respondent, it is stated that the petitioner complied the condition from 02.01.2020 till 24.03.2021 and again from 02.12.2020 till today (11.03.2021).
4. It is seen that the petitioner has complied the condition except during the lock down period. In the above circumstances, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
