ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to terminate the pregnancy of the daughter of the petitioner.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions, submitted that pregnancy of the daughter of the petitioner has been terminated and she is undergoing treatment in the first respondent hospital. To substantiate his submission, the learned Additional Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court the communication made by the Assistant Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Thanjavur, to the first respondent dated 22.03.2021.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
