Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMSUNDARVIJAYARAJ S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2061 of 2023, dated 06.02.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2061 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Sunday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
