ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.31 of 2014, on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to some other investigating agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2014, on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 27.01.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the petitioner sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
