ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register the case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner's dated 25.07.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though the petitioner has produced enough materials, the second respondent closed the case, as necessary documents not produced.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on the contrary submitted that the petitioner, not at all produced any documents to substantiate his claim and after enquiry with the available https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ materials, the second respondent has closed the complaint.

4.In order to give one more chance to the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to send another complaint with necessary documents through Registered Post. If any such complaint is sent by the petitioner, the second respondent has to enquire the matter and if any cognizable offence is made out, then the second respondent has to register the case and proceed further in accordance with law. 5.With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
