Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioners dated 22.02.2021 in e.f.g.vz;.1139/2021 dated 22.07.2021 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner on 22.02.2021 before the second respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Aggrieved by the issuance of patta in favour of the third respondent, the petitioners have preferred the statutory appeal before the second respondent. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the said statutory appeal in this writ petition. 3.Heard Mr.R.Srinivasan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.[MD]No.4673 of 2022 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass final orders in the said appeal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after affording a fair hearing to the petitioners and the third respondent as well as any other necessary party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.
5.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 22.02.2021, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the third respondent and other necessary party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
