ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Though I do not find any fault with the order passed by the first respondent, however, taking into account subsequent events that the pending suit in O.S.No.310 of 2024 has ended in a compromise decree and in view of the same, there can be no impediment for the authorities to act on the petitioner's request/application, the matter is remitted to the first respondent for fresh consideration. It is, however, made clear that the petitioner shall produce a 2/4

certified copy of the judgement and decree in O.S.No.310 of 2024 and based on the same, the first respondent shall pass suitable orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
