ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Srivilliputhur to consider the bail application and pass orders on the very same date of his surrender in Crime No.53 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police.

3. In view of the same, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
