This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue non traceable certificate in respect of the documents viz., original sale deed in Document No.1851 of 1995, sale deed in Document No.2251 of 1998 and settlement deed in Document No.3227 of 2001 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Aranthangi.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The petitioner purchased a property comprised in S.No.69/2 measuring to an extent of 15 cents situated at Poovanthakudi Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District, by way of registered sale deed dated 27.10.1998 vide document No.2251 of 1998 and . One Chidambara Thevar settled a property in favour of the petitioner by way of settlement dated 26.12.2001 vide document No.3227 of 2001. While being so, on 02.01.2022, when the petitioner carried the settlement deed as well as the sale deed to the xerox shop, she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL.O.P (MD) No.5134 of 2022 missed the same. Therefore, she made paper publication on 06.01.2022 in daily newspaper stating the aforesaid facts and thereafter lodged the present complaint.
4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue non traceable certificate in respect of the sale deed dated 27.10.1998 vide document No.2251 of 1998 and settlement dated 26.12.2001 vide document No.3227 of 2001 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is also directed to verify and ensure that the petitioner deposited those documents for any other purpose. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
