Respondent / Respondent / Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court on the petitioners in Crl O.P (MD) No. 1154 of 2023 dated 20.01.2023 and pass any other orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1154 of 2023, dated 20.01.2023. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District.

CRL MP(MD) No.3681 of 2023 this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1154 of 2023, dated 20.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, on 13.03.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
