ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2017 and include the names in the Joint Patta No.619 on the basis of the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 22.05.2017.
2.Heard Mr.C.Jeganathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2017 given to the third respondent to be considered and an order to that effect to be passed at an early dated.
4.I have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader, who would submit that the said representation of the petitioner would be considered by the 3rd respondent and an order to that would be passed within a time frame.
5.Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, with the consent of both sides, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, at the admission itself, with the following direction:
"The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2017 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
6. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
