This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to direct the Respondent No.3 to register F.I.R. and initiate necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 06.04.2015 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no complaint is received by the third respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the concerned respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be proceeded further by them within four weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed.
