This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register the FIR under the same cause of action under Cr.No.90 of 2015 dated 08.03.2015 by cancelling the FIR registered by the fourth respondent, dated 08.03.2015 under Cr.No.90 of 2015.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in this case, is being conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Srirangam.
