This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the fourth respondent herein to register the case/First Information Report on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.09.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
