This petition is filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that the investigation is over and the final report is already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedachandur.

3. Since the final report is filed, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Charge Sheet, if so advised.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
