PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent shall not interfere the civil dispute between the petitioner and one Subburayar Thakkar under the guise of enquiry without any case.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and one Subburayar Thakkar under the guise of enquiry without any case.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint preferred by the petitioner has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
