This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.849 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21033 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for five weeks.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for five weeks, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.849 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21033 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025 is relaxed.
