This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2. It is stated by the petitioner that the second respondent has given a complaint as against the petitioner and that the petitioner is being harassed under the guise of enquiry into the complaint of the second respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner however states that there was a compromise between the petitioner and the second respondent and that the complaint lodged by the second respondent was also closed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced the closure report, wherein it is recorded that the complainant and the petitioner have agreed to settle the dispute amicably in the presence of elders in the village.
4. Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
